Our family-oriented event is fun for young and old with a Pumpkin Carving & Costume Contest. And, we’ll still have plenty of pumpkins to pick!
Pumpkin Carving Contest (free to enter, you must purchase your pumpkin here)
Registration at 10AM. Purchase your carving pumpkin here (they will be discounted for the event!), and bring your own carving tools (some tools may be available for sale, pending availability). Anyone under 15 must have an adult present during the carving.
The event begins at 10:30A. Carve your pumpkin here – and be creative! Feel free to bring decorations and props to make your pumpkin unique! Awards will be given out at 11:00AM in 4 divisions: (free to enter).
Join the fun at 1PM! Come in your costume (family-friendly) and parade with us around the barn. The costume contest will begin at 1:30, and prizes will be given in the Youth, Teen, and Adult categories.

Join us to experience the world of Mexico’s ancestors this Halloween season!

On Saturday, October 27, Church of the Apostles will be hosting a Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Dance Party in the Fellowship Hall from 6-9 pm.

What is Dia De Los Muertos? Día de Muertos is a Mexican holiday celebrated throughout Mexico (and elsewhere) that focuses on gatherings to remember and pray for friends and family members who have died. Traditions include colorful face painting, remembrance altars, and Mexican foods.

Come (and bring a friend!) for dancing, face painting, pumpkin decorating, and more. All ages are welcome! Appropriate costumes are encouraged.

The award-winning movie "Coco", the story of a boy named Miguel who embarks on a journey to the magical land of his ancestors, will be playing on the big screen throughout the night.
