  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site by automated means, except for search engine indexing in accordance with our robots.txt file.
  • Use the Site or its content to build a competing directory or database.
  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content (event submissions, listing claims, reviews, contact form messages).
  • Impersonate another person or business.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site (e.g., denial of service, exploiting security vulnerabilities, posting malware).
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Business listings

Business listings on the Site are compiled from public sources, owner submissions, and partner data. We make a reasonable effort to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing is current, complete, or error-free. Inclusion of a business is not an endorsement.

User-submitted content

When you submit content to the Site (event submissions, listing claims, reviews, photos, contact-form messages), you grant Visit Lancaster PA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify that content for the purpose of operating the Site. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove or edit user-submitted content at our discretion, including for accuracy, length, tone, or compliance with these Terms.

Paid listings

Enhanced and Premium business listings are paid services. Pricing, features, and billing terms are described in your business account dashboard. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store credit card information.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your business account dashboard. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy.

Third-party links and businesses

The Site links to third-party websites (business websites, social media, ticketing platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of those third parties. The presence of a business on the Site does not imply that we endorse, recommend, or guarantee its products or services.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, articles, original photography, and software, is owned by Visit Lancaster PA and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission. Business names, logos, and photographs supplied by businesses or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the information on the Site is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability
