LUCA at 436 W. James Street fires Neapolitan pizzas in a wood oven, makes its pasta in-house, and pairs the food with Italian wines, craft cocktails, and amaro. The kitchen serves Wednesday through Sunday from 4 to 9 PM (bar until 10), with an on-site bottle shop, parking lot, and private-event space. Chef received a 2020 James Beard Best Chef Mid-Atlantic semifinalist nod.
