Miesse Candies is a longtime Lancaster confectioner making chocolates and hard candies, a family business dating to the 1870s. Specialties include chocolate-covered creams, mint patties, caramels, and old-fashioned hard candies. Many pieces are still made using traditional recipes and hand methods.
